Getting in

The RIDE departs from 259 West 42nd Street (42nd Street & 8th Avenue) in front of Five Guys Burger Restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. Present your pass to The RIDE staff who are wearing bright orange. Your pass must be valid on the day of the tour.

Please note

• You MUST be at The RIDE boarding location 15 minutes prior to your pre-booked departure time.
• If you miss The RIDE, we are unable to move, exchange, or refund your order.
• The RIDE is a family-friendly entertainment experience; however, children under the age of 6 are not allowed.

Plans changed?
No Problem! You can also view and amend your time slot in the 'My Bookings' section of the Reservation Portal. Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled booking.
