Empire State Building. Another day, another sky-high observation deck. Graffiti and street art walking tour. One World Observatory. Back in Lower Manhattan, ascend the glass-and-steel behemoth that is the One World Trade Center – only the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, vertigo fans – for immense aerial views back across to Brooklyn and, well, for a radius of something like 45 miles.
