Do I need a physical pass, or does it work through an app?
You can either access your pass on a Go City app (available on Android and iOS), or you can download it as a PDF to print or save to your phone. The choice is yours!
Does The New York Pass let me skip the line?
Some attractions will allow you to skip the ticket line with your pass, but this depends on the attraction's entry policy. Information on getting in on the day can be found on the Go City app.
When does my pass start, and how long do I have to use it?
With The New York Pass, the clock starts when you scan in at your first attraction, not when you buy your pass. It's then valid for the consecutive days in which you purchased. And if you purchase The New York Pass Explorer, you'll have 30 days to use it from your first scan.
