Some attractions require a booking

New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise.

For these attractions in particular, it's important to check the 'know before you go' section on attraction pages for all our top tips, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

What is The New York Pass® doing to help you sightsee?

Our new cancellation policy will help to keep your plans flexible.

We've added more site features to make planning easy.

We are working closely with NYC's attractions to keep our website and app up-to-date with the latest opening times and safety measures. That being said, we recommend you check directly on the attraction’s website for the latest information.

365-day cancellation. Plans can change, we get it. That's why we now offer 365-day cancellation on unused passes. Our passes are also valid two years from purchase, making it easy for you to rearrange your trip.

New site features. We’ve been working hard to make planning your trip simple. That’s why we’ve added new badges to the attraction list on our website and app, so you can easily see which attractions are currently open to the public and which have to stay closed due to safety regulations.

We're committed to making sure you have a great time. While this ever-changing situation makes it tricky to organize a trip, we're working closely with attractions to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
