For all customers that purchase passes from August 25th, 2021 onwards, you can now obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 365 days after the date of purchase. You'll find all the important details outlined in our terms and conditions. If your request falls outside of this 365-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will still have another year in which to use your pass. It's win-win!

Please note – activated passes are non-refundable. If you visit any attraction or pre-book an attraction before your visit, that will be considered an activation of the pass.
