Step 2

Prepare your New York City trip

Get the free Go City® app on your phone

It's got everything you need to sightsee with ease – entry information, a handy digital map, and even a Trip planner tool that creates a personalized itinerary for you!

Download on the App Store or Google Play »

Sync The New York Pass® to the Go City® app

After your purchase, enter your order number from your confirmation email to get your pass(es) into the app. You'll also have the option to print if you'd prefer. This step won't activate The New York Pass®. That comes later when you scan in at your first attraction.

Book your New York must-sees

Although many activities don't require a reservation, be sure to secure your spots for the ones that require it.

Once you've purchased The New York Pass®, look out for the 'Reservations required' stamp when browsing attractions on our website or in the Go City® app. Then follow the booking instructions or check our reservation page.

Pass usage and activation

Scan your printed QR code or the digital version you'll have previously synced in the Go City® app, at the entrance of each attraction. And voilà, you're in!

The New York Pass® only gets activated from the first scan and can be used to visit each attraction once.
