This tour is just the right length - long enough to retain interest but still covers the history and some nice aspects of the park.

Overview

Central Park has starred in more on-screen moments than any other public park in the world, appearing in over 300 movies and TV shows. On this Central Park TV & Movie Sites Walking Tour, you’ll step straight into some of the most iconic scenes ever filmed in New York City.

As you wander through the park’s famous paths and hidden corners, you’ll visit at least 40 recognisable filming locations from festive favourites, blockbuster action films, and classic romantic comedies. Think the ice rink from Serendipity, the bridge Kevin crosses in Home Alone 2, and the picturesque Conservatory Water featured in Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Your guide, a professional actor or actress, brings Hollywood magic to life with behind-the-scenes trivia, filming secrets, and fun facts, all mixed in with a little Central Park history. Expect plenty of photo stops along the way, plus the chance to recreate some of your favourite movie moments as you go.

Alex

Learned lots of interesting things and fun facts plus a little history about the park as well

A great little tour

Laura was a geat guide, it was a very entertaining tour and a good pace so everyone could.keep up. It was a little warm so she found us shade as often as possible and we saw so many iconic spots in Central Park. Using images we might recognise she teally brought it to life.

Brian is an excellent guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He called us as we were lost (2 blocks the wrong way) He waited for us,as we were 15 minutes late and was very kind and understanding.

Great Tim tour.

Mumindevon

This was an excellent tour by Tim. It was a very hot and humid day and he paced the walking speed accordingly and made sure to stop in shade when giving history and info. Tim struck a great balance between TV and movie info, history and other facts.

Nice walking tour of Central Park

Toni

Nice walking tour. Guide did a good job. They did cancel my reservation a few days before even though I had booked it almost 3 weeks before. They rescheduled it to another day with a party of 25.
