As soon as you've purchased your pass, you can download it to the official New York Pass® app and start using it straight away.

The New York Pass® explained
- Pick a pass and download it to your smartphone or print at home.
- Check which attractions need a reservation and book.
- Show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission.
When you enter your first attraction, your pass will activate. You will then have the remaining consecutive days of your chosen pass duration to visit as many attractions as you wish.
For example, if you activate a 3-day pass on Monday, it will be active on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pass will conclude at midnight on Wednesday.
Certain attractions will require a reservation. If this is the case, you'll find all booking information listed on our reservations page and the individual attraction pages on our website and app. Some advance reservations will require a pass number or order reference number to secure your booking, so remember to have it handy!
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise.

Unfortunately, things have not returned to normal just yet, so we advise you to check attraction websites for the most up-to-date information before traveling.
If your travel plans are affected by COVID-19, your New York Pass® is now valid for two years from the date of purchase. And we are also offering refunds on unused passes up to 365 days after purchase. We’ve already updated all passes in our system (old and new), so there is no need to contact us to request this change.
