KarenStarted off well or so we thought!! Half way over Brooklyn bridge and the bike chain came off! So I had to walk it over in the cycle lane. Managed to catch up finally with my friend who was waiting near the court house. Tried to ring many times, waited for like 5/6 minutes on th ‘emergency’ number id been given. Got cut off my times as soon As it was picked up! Eventually got through. Told on way to replace bike. No sign for ages. Rang again. Same. Cut off. Rang. Different number. Explained it all again. Told he was on the way and would be there in ten mins. No sign!! I had said we would have to abandon our Brooklyn and dumbo plans now totally because we now don’t have enough time having been waiting for ages. Said we would chain bikes and helmets to railings if he wasn’t there in the ten mins. No sign. Chained bikes and then trie to fire out how to get back for our next tour. By the time we had done that it was gone midday and still no sign of them which was 50 mins after the ten mins they said. Then had a Call from someone else after we were in Soho asking us to go back to where we left th bikes and to return them to the branch as we weren’t allowed to chain them. Few choice words and a firm no from us! Not sure how she expected me to ride the bike back with it being broken! Would never ever use unlimited biking again. Customer service exceptionally poor. Still not received the refund of the waiver I requested. Will be chasing that!
Eigentlich toll
Felix IlmertAlle Fahrräder waren in gutem Zustand außere eins sonst gute Fahrräder
Derelict bikes and helmets
Thomas W.Everything is hanging by one thread, the bikes are barely working and when then break while pedaling , putting your life at risk, you get charged money. The helmets are cracked and won’ t protect you if you fall.
Cancellation did not work
PatrickI reserved the attraction and canceled it in time via email. Nevertheless, Unlimited Biking did not cancel it in the system and I lost 1 attraction with my pass. BE CAREFUL!!!
Giro spettacolare
Good, wished I had a bell
DakoHad a really nice bike, you can pick it up at Brooklyn Bridge, enjoy the Hudson crossing and Brooklyn and then come back to Manhattan and drop it off at Central Park. Just make sure to make up your mind at the in-person reservation. You also have a 1$ fee which I don't really like when you already paid +100$ for activities so be aware and which isn't specified before the payment. I don't know if they give a bell as well but it would have been really useful because people in NYC can be reckless and unaware of their environment.
